Job Description

As a Resident Relations Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for residents at our Lakeview at Gateway community.

You'll focus on resident retention and experience while managing the entire lease renewal process to maximize renewals. If you're an ambitious, problem-solving customer service professional who takes pride in exceeding goals, we want you on our team!

  • Base Pay $25.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

      • Higher rent rate unitUpdated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
      • Exceeding monthly goalSeveral tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
      • Longer lease term18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resident lease renewals via phone and email to drive retention and maximize renewal rates
  • Respond to and resolve resident complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
  • Support residents through move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and notice coordination
  • Assist residents with rent payments, service requests, pet registration, parking registration, and package management
  • Monitor resident retention metrics and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction
  • Communicate policy updates and coordinate resident events and communications
  • Manage administrative tasks including service request entry, move-out information gathering, and policy violation follow-up

What You Have

  • Strong customer service/ Retail/ Hospitality/ Restaurant or Sales background, with ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • A reliable mode of transportation.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am - 6:00pm (hours may vary based on community and season).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
