Hiring: D Licensed Security Post Captain
Location: Aventura, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Post Captain to oversee security operations at a premier property in Aventura. If you have strong leadership skills, security experience, and a commitment to exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
Position Summary
The Post Captain is responsible for supervising on-site security personnel, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining operational standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for the client and security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead security officers on assigned shifts
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, residents, guests, and visitors
- Ensure completion of daily reports, logs, and incident documentation
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
- Train, mentor, and support security personnel
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards
- Address operational issues and communicate updates to staff
- Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and report-writing ability
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Must pass background screening and drug testing
