WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a Software Engineer to join our development team, with the following qualifications and background:

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of software development experience (Required)
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying software applications (Required)
• Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues (Required)
• Experience participating in code reviews (Required)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Required)
• Experience improving application performance and scalability (Required)
• Experience supporting production environments (Preferred)
• Experience working in cloud-native environments (Preferred)
• Experience designing scalable and resilient systems (Preferred)
• Experience mentoring junior engineers (Preferred)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relatd field. (Required)
• Additional certifications in Software Engineering, Cloud, Kubernetes, or Distributed Systems (Preferred)

Languages

• Spanish (Required)
• English (professional working proficiency) (Required)
• Additional languages (Preferred)

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Developing high-quality software using Java and Spring Boot.
• Designing and enhancing APIs and microservices.
• Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Solving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Contributing to system performance, scalability and resilience.
• Participating in code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Taking ownership of solutions from design through deployment and optimization
