  • Ensure stores are fully prepared, including training, communication and execution support
  • Minimise disruption to trading through effective planning and coordination
  • Capture feedback from stores and continuously improve delivery

  • Act as the central coordination point between Head Office and stores
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear priorities and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Retail Operations, Property, IT and Communications
  • Work closely with business owners to ensure initiatives are delivered as intended
  • Support property and equipment rollouts from an operational execution perspective

Stakeholder & Store Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with Retail Operations and field teams
  • Ensure clear, simple and practical communication to stores
  • Drive engagement and adoption of change across store teams
  • Ensure delivery works in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

People Leadership

  • Line manage and support a Project Manager, ensuring high standards of delivery
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Promote a practical, delivery-focused team culture

  • Strong experience in retail operations, multi-site environments or store implementation roles
  • Proven track record of delivering operational change in customer-facing environments
  • Experience coordinating multiple initiatives across dispersed teams
  • Strong understanding of store operations and trading environments
  • Experience working with Retail Ops, Property, IT and Communications teams
  • People management experience

Skills & Approach

  • Hands-on and delivery-focused
