Job Description

What you will be responsible for 

Brand Transformation PMO & Implementation 

  • Support the management of the brand transformation roadmap, tracking key workstreams, milestones, actions and owners. 
  • Maintain action trackers, decision logs, status updates and implementation plans. 
  • Help ensure brand strategy decisions are followed through and translated into practical actions. 
  • Track risks, blockers and dependencies, escalating where needed. 
  • Prepare progress updates for the Global Brand Transformation Lead, Head of Brand and wider stakeholders. 

Weekly Brand Transformation Call 

  • Coordinate and manage the weekly Brand Transformation call. 
  • Build agendas, gather inputs and prepare any pre-read materials. 
  • Capture clear notes, actions, owners, deadlines and decisions. 
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are progressed. 
  • Help make the meeting an effective rhythm for driving implementation of the brand strategy. 

Brand Strategy Support 

  • Support the development and evolution of ASOS brand DNA, positioning, narrative and messaging frameworks. 
  • Assist with preparing strategy documents, briefing materials, presentations and stakeholder updates. 
  • Help ensure brand tools, guidelines and frameworks are kept up to date and easy to use. 
  • Support the embedding of brand strategy across campaigns, content, product, design, commercial teams, geos and markets. 

Insight, Campaigns & Governance 

  • Gather and summarise consumer, cultural, competitor and market insight to inform brand strategy. 
  • Support seasonal and campaign strategy development, ensuring work ladders up to the wider brand positioning. 
  • Assist with brand playbooks, tone of voice guidance, messaging tools and governance materials. 
  • Help track brand performance learnings and feed them back into the transformation roadmap. 

Qualifications

Who we'd like to meet...

  • Strong interest in brand strategy, marketing, communications, insight or project management. 
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable managing meetings, actions, trackers and follow-ups. 
  • Able to bring structure and clarity to complex workstreams. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Confident creating presentations, documents and briefing materials. 
  • Interested in fashion, youth culture, digital culture and consumer behaviour. 
  • Able to work collaboratively across creative, marketing, insight, product, commercial and market teams.
