As we scale Documents to the web and prepare to launch a brand-new product, we’re entering an exciting new stage of growth. To make this journey successful, we’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer who will be responsible for building and scaling how advertising creatives are produced across the company.

What will you do:

  • Lead ad ideation by generating 10–15 fresh ad angles and visual concepts each week, turning our knowledge of users' habits, frustrations, and motivations into clear ideas we can test.
  • Make our winning ads last longer by breaking them into parts — the 3-second hook, the body, the message — and testing different combinations to lower CPA and keep top performers scaling.
  • Write clear, detailed scripts and storyboards for our motion designers, shot by shot, with the right formats, safe zones, sound, and on-screen text so production runs smoothly.
  • Build our UGC creator network end to end, finding and casting creators, handling usage agreements, and maintaining a steady supply of raw video.
  • Set up and streamline how creative gets made — naming conventions, organized files, and clear task flow — so the team moves fast and nothing gets lost.
  • Work with the UA and analytics team to read how ads perform (hook rates, CTR, CPC, CPA) and use those insights to decide what to create next.
  • Keep an eye on the market by checking the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and other ad sources daily to spot new formats and trends worth trying.

About you:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Creative Producer or similar role.
  • A proven track record of consistently generating lots of fresh ad concepts, built on a real understanding of what makes people tick.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing ads at the component level — testing and swapping hooks, intros, and bodies to bring CPA down.
  • You can write detailed, frame-by-frame briefs and scripts for motion designers, including formats, dimensions, audio timing, and text overlays.
  • You're fluent in performance data — hook rates, CTR, CPC, CPA — and know how to turn it into your next production priorities.
  • Experience sourcing, casting, and negotiating usage contracts with UGC creators.
  • You've owned creative production systems before — naming conventions, organized file storage, and task management.
  • You know your way around the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and other ad-intelligence tools to study what competitors are doing.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with AI generation tools (Midjourney, Kling, Runway) so your briefs fit modern design workflows.
  • Experience marketing B2C utility or productivity apps, turning complex features into simple consumer angles.
  • Light hands-on editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut for quick mockups or rough cuts.
  • Some exposure to web landing pages and web-first conversion flows.
