The Role
We're looking for an Assistant Teacher to join the team at our Maricopa campus. As an AT, you'll work as a para-professional alongside our two lead teachers, supporting students throughout the school day in a close-knit, dynamic learning environment.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role. You won't be grading worksheets in the back of the room — you'll be in the thick of it, helping students work through real projects, navigate challenges, and build the skills they'll carry far beyond middle school.
