We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Talent Management team – someone with vision, empathy and strong conceptual skills to support our employees and leaders in their personal and professional growth. This position can be filled in full-time or part-time.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Learning Architecture: Design, implement and continuously improve scalable people development processes
- Performance & Development: Further develop the performance and development approach including goal-setting systems (e.g. OKRs), feedback processes and calibration; enable leaders to conduct effective performance and development conversations
- Hands-on Project Execution: Drive learning and development initiatives end-to-end from concept to rollout, including operational and administrative tasks – with a pragmatic, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
- Training Design & Facilitation: Develop, organize, and deliver soft skills trainings, leadership coaching sessions, and team development workshops
- External Partnerships: Collaborate with external coaching firms, consultants, and training providers ensuring quality and alignment with internal development standards.
- Evaluation & Improvement: Measure training effectiveness and implement improvement initiatives based on data and feedback
- HR Systems: Support the implementation and ongoing development of an HR management system (e.g., LMS, talent management, feedback tools)
- Employee Feedback: Manage employee surveys and derive actionable development measures
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize people development processes in alignment with KPIs and strategic goals
- Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees on all learning and development topics
Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration with an HR focus or similar qualification
- Several years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management, ideally in an international corporate or mid-sized company environment
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable talent and development approaches
- Strong knowledge of performance management, leadership development and organizational development
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving change processes in complex environments
- Strong conceptual skills combined with clear execution strength and a hands-on mindset
- Experience with HR systems, LMS tools and data-driven people development
- Coaching and facilitation skills; certifications are a plus
- High level of ownership, business acumen and communication skills
