We are seeking experienced professionals from the UK restaurant and hospitality industry to participate in a paid research project focused on restaurant operations, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and hospitality technology platforms.

Requirements

Profile 1: COO / Operations Director – Restaurant Groups (5–30 Locations)
Candidates should have experience overseeing operations for multi-site restaurant groups and ideally have led the evaluation, selection, or implementation of POS systems and broader restaurant technology solutions.
