Senior Associate, Investor Delivery

Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, you will:

• Deliver accurate and timely execution of core investor operations processes, including investor registration (KYC/AML checks, account setup, documentation review), dealing (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers), and cash reconciliation
• Perform quality control checks on daily deliverables to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing queries related to transactions, investor accounts, and fund activity within agreed service levels
• Prepare and review investor reporting and ad hoc requests, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of fund and investor information
• Support and guide team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices across processes and systems
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements, risk mitigation, and a collaborative team culture while upholding MUFG’s core values

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred or relevant experience

• 3-4 years experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service

• Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities an asset

• Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal

• Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset
