If you have a good attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done, PitchBook is the place for you.

About the Role:

As a Senior Software Development Engineer within the Product organization, you will be responsible for delivering the next suite of tools and services that empower the PitchBook platform SDEs. You will be essential in helping to build exceptional solutions relied upon and used by more than a hundred PitchBook SDEs every day.

The team will rely on your complete knowledge and full understanding of the team’s business domain to help shape principles and practices. It is essential that you will be able to interpret, assess and resolve a wide range of issues and be able to select the right course of action.

You will collaborate with external and internal stakeholders of different roles and backgrounds, who may have varying degrees of understanding of the domain. Additionally, as an experienced member of the team, you will have the opportunity to provide technical guidance to less experienced peers.

You will be a key contributor to the AI enabled product delivery experience at PitchBook, building the platform features, integrations, and golden paths that bring AI into how everyone in the product delivery lifecycle does their job, including engineers, product managers, designers, etc.

Lastly, you exhibit a growth mindset, willing to solicit feedback, engage others with empathy and help create a culture of belonging, teamwork, and purpose. If you love building customer-centric solutions, strive for excellence every day, are adaptable and focused and believe work should be fun, come join us!
