Job Description
WORLD FINALS OWNERSHIP - FROM PLANNING TO EXECUTION
You'll own the full World Final event lifecycle, from location scouting and host-country onboarding to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up. You'll conduct venue assessments together with local teams to evaluate locations and ensure feasibility, while acting as the primary global counterpart to the hosting country, aligning on local requirements, cultural nuances, and execution standards. On-site, you'll lead the delivery of the World Final, coordinating all event elements, stakeholders, and teams to ensure a seamless, world-class experience.
STRATEGIC DIRECTION
You'll own and continuously evolve the World Finals master plan, bringing together the creative vision, program flow, and participant experience into a cohesive strategy. You'll define the concept and agenda for each edition, developing innovative event formats that push the boundaries of engagement and brand immersion. You'll lead agency partnerships to ensure brand-excellent execution, manage budgets and resources effectively, and oversee talent management planning, creating exceptional experiences for guests and speakers alike.
EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE
You'll create clear briefings, agendas, and toolkits that enable seamless collaboration across teams, vendors, and partners. You'll ensure every participant and guest touchpoint delivers a premium, brand-aligned experience, while working closely with legal teams to develop scalable global frameworks and terms & conditions. You'll drive post-event evaluations, turning insights and feedback into continuous improvements, and lead sustainability tracking across event production and operations to support responsible event delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event production, brand management, or a related field, ideally delivering global or large-scale live events
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex workstreams, budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and a strong sense for brand voice and storytelling
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly detail-focused, with the ability to perform under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
Passion for live events, innovation, global youth culture, and the Red Bull brand, with the ability to build strong relationships across cultures, markets, and time zones
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535 gross per month.
