About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our forward-thinking team, focusing on our touring businesses. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Human Resources - Rail & Touring, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional HR support, guidance, and leadership across our diverse businesses.

About You
You're a savvy HR professional with a wealth of experience in crafting high-quality HR solutions tailored to the needs of our touring businesses. Your expertise in navigating change, driving key projects, and managing the everyday HR operations will be vital in this role. We are looking for a resilient and adaptable all-rounder with solid skills in Industrial and Employee Relations. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, coaching and mentoring people leaders, addressing employee relations issues, overseeing performance management, and supporting learning and development initiatives.
