The Sr. Operations Analyst is a recognized expert with deep, specialized knowledge and broad business understanding, setting technical and procedural direction for global, complex, high-impact initiatives. You will own the execution of strategic projects that span multiple stakeholders, apply your expertise to scale solutions across global teams and systems, and serve as a technical leader who raises the bar on quality, collaboration, and process excellence.

About the Team:
The Content & Data Operations team sits at the center of MediaRadar’s intelligence platform. Sr. Operations Analysts play a pivotal role in this ecosystem — owning creative types and priority industries at a global level, driving process improvements, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Governance, and ML teams. You will set standards, champion quality, and ensure our operations run at peak performance.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities and Impact Drivers: (not limited to)
Global Operations Ownership
- Own a creative type and a priority industry at a global level, maintaining connections with Operations Analysts for local processes and partnering with Product and Commercial to understand strategy.
- Participate in strategic cross-functional meetings representing Content & Data from a global perspective, providing process input and updates.
- Use data to make recommendations for improvements in global Operations for creative and/or industry processing, completion, and quality execution.
- Build requirements and make recommendations to Leadership and Product for creative flow enhancements to drive efficiency and quality.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Quality
- Own advanced troubleshooting of client-driven issues and provide in-depth root cause analysis, including system and/or process updates as needed.
- Recommend standards for quality and SLAs for assigned creative and industry globally, in consultation with Operations Analysts, Quality Analysts, Product, Commercial, Operations Leadership, and Governance.
- Own and audit advanced client-specific requests and project work to ensure no omissions or errors exist.
- Participate in day-to-day quality exercises as needed.
Project & Change Management
- Own global Operations strategic projects for process.
- Own project management for the effective rollout of global Operations system and/or process changes.
- Track the impact of system and process changes post-launch and drive continuous improvement factoring in efficiency and budget implications.
- Participate in innovation idea reviews and provide insight on impact and feasibility.
Systems & Product Catalog Expertise
- Maintain master knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
- Create and update complex product records within a centralized Product Catalog while following strict governance standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for establishing ground truth and master knowledge of the product catalog.
- Participate in UAT of assigned creatives, providing structured feedback for system and process enhancements.
- Partner with Leadership for vendor communication for global creative and industry ownership and change management.
Data & Business Insights
- Analyze data to make business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and other key performance metrics.
- Build and present advanced business cases and optimizations to Operations Leadership.
- Surface emerging risks and opportunities early, with enough context for fast decision-making.

What You Will Deliver
Success Measures:
First 60 days:
- You have developed deep familiarity with assigned creative types, priority industries, and relevant Operations systems.
- You have identified and documented at least one meaningful process improvement opportunity with a data-backed recommendation.
- You are actively participating in cross-functional meetings and have established productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leadership trusts your analysis and recommendations as an accurate, expert-level view of operational health.
After 60 days:
- Own and drive measurable improvements in global operational efficiency and quality for assigned creative and industry areas.
- Lead at least one strategic project through full rollout, including change management, and post-launch impact tracking.
Qualifications and skill requirements
- Expert proficiency in G Suite and project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
- Advanced process improvement capabilities, ideally with Six Sigma experience.
- Expert ability to analyze data to make business recommendations and report on data volume, coverage, status, and key performance metrics.
- Expert ability to create and update complex product records within a centralized Product Catalog while following strict governance standards.
- Master-level proficiency with proprietary platforms to review, classify, and attribute ads across various media channels.
- Advanced AI tool familiarity.
- Advanced business case creation and optimization skills.
- Deep, specialized knowledge of Operations systems, creative types, and the product catalog.
- Clear written and verbal English communication — able to convey complex analysis and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience serving as a technical or team lead, setting direction and coordinating work across stakeholders.
- Prior experience owning global-level processes and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Familiarity with ML/AI-assisted workflows and human-in-the-loop (HiTL) operations.
- Experience supporting multiple processes or stakeholders concurrently at scale.
- Comfort with advanced dashboards and data analysis; SQL is an added advantage.
