Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, content marketing, and social media, with the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.

• Create, develop, and manage content across social media platforms.
• Develop content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Write captions, scripts, and creative content for various channels.
• Build content plans and monthly content calendars.
• Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns and brand activations.
• Present creative ideas and content concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings to explain strategies, content directions, and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
• Previous experience in content creation, marketing, advertising, or any creativity-related role.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and content writing skills.
• Experience in developing content strategies and content calendars.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and stay up to date with social media trends.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to confidently participate in client-facing meetings and handle feedback professionally.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in agency environments is a plus.
