Afin d’accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) de recrutement en stage pour rejoindre l’équipe recrutement dans notre agence de Toulouse.
Missions du poste :
- Définition des besoins auprès des opérationnels
- Sourcing, chasse et rédaction d’annonces
- Préqualifications et entretiens candidats (à réaliser et/ou organiser)
- Suivi et animation du vivier de candidats
- Proposition aux candidats
- Création des dossiers d’embauche
- Reporting hebdomadaire de votre activité
- Suivi et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Au-delà de ces missions, vous serez amené(e) à participer à des projets RH transverses (relations écoles, forums, communication interne…).

Qualifications
- Vous préparez une formation supérieure, parcours universitaire ou école de commerce,
- vous souhaitez vous consacrer à des activités recrutement et êtes attiré(e) par le monde de l’ingénierie.
- D’un tempérament commercial avec un goût prononcé du résultat, vous êtes dynamique, bon(ne) communiquant(e), réactif(ve) et avez une certaine rigueur administrative.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais impérative
