We are now looking for Meeting & Events Sales Specialist to join our brand-new team here at Radisson RED Kraków, you conduct the drama! You will ensure the heart and soul of Radisson RED beats loudly and strong. Innovative and ahead of the curve, you will create the REDvolution where our guests can’t wait to come back and experience the moment again, they will go social, where it’s constant snap and chatter.

Capturing feedback at every opportunity, you are ready to make things happen with your unique personality. It’s different we know, but that’s ok, for at RED it’s a given as the guest experience is paramount and always tops our agenda.

The Meeting & Events Sales Specialist Role

Our meeting and events team are sophisticated hosts who are inspired to succeed! They are competitive and ambitious to achieve results and deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.

• Meeting & Events Sales Specialist know that success doesn’t just happen, it’s planned

• You are engaging, charming and love building relationships. You will anticipate our guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering spectacular events of all sizes

• You will prepare offers, negotiate prices and contract terms and contracts for clients,

• As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the meeting and events department

As Meeting & Events Sales Specialist, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!

Qualifications

Appy if: 

• You ideally have previous experience in reactive sales in hospitality industry
• You have experience in organising conferences and banquets
• You speak Polish and English
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with the use of IT systems
• You are solution-oriented and rise to any challenge
• You are passionate about making a positive impact on those around you - both guests and your co-workers
• You are flexible with positive Yes I Can! attitude
