Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the overall success and performance of our establishment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial results, team engagement, and exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the business operates efficiently and achieves its commercial objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
  • Manage budgets, costs, and operational efficiency while achieving financial targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and professionally manage guest feedback and concerns.
  • Support marketing, promotional, and business development initiatives to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Monitor business performance and implement improvements to enhance operational and commercial results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and key stakeholders.
  • Carry out any other duties required to support the successful operation of the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager within an upscale, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of managing restaurant profitability and operational performance.
  • Experience leading large teams within fast-paced hospitality environments.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest experience management.
  • Previous experience within lifestyle, premium dining, or award-winning restaurant concepts is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
  • Advanced understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
