Senior Product Analyst – AI Products (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered digital products. This role combines strong product thinking, analytical depth, and structured project execution to build scalable solutions that enhance knowledge discovery, research, and content synthesis.

You will act as the central coordination point between business, product, and engineering teams, ensuring delivery excellence while aligning with strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners and tech teams to shape AI-driven product use cases
• Analyze user needs and drive data-driven product improvements (incl. A/B testing)
• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, timelines, risks, and execution
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Support development of AI solutions, frameworks, and innovative use cases
• Act as a bridge between business and engineering to ensure alignment and clarity
• Drive stakeholder communication, remove blockers, and enable continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Project Management
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and data-driven applications
• Experience managing cross-functional, global projects
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Interest or experience in AI / Generative AI solutions
