Job Description
Are you passionate about building strong client partnerships and turning operational challenges into effective solutions? As an Associate Operations Client Partner, you will serve as the link between clients, commercial teams, and operations teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
In this role, you will help clients maximize the value of NIQ products by providing expert operational support, resolving complex issues, and driving trust in our data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client-facing operational activities, and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with clients and drive operational excellence to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client operational requests, issues, and investigations.
- Lead regular client meetings and discussions regarding operational topics, delivery timelines, risks, and progress updates.
- Advise clients on technical processes, operational capabilities, and effective solutions.
- Coordinate closely with operations teams to resolve client queries through efficient workflows.
- Support regional and global client initiatives by collaborating with cross-country teams.
- Take ownership of direct client communication on operational topics escalated from Level 1 support.
- Utilize operational tools and systems to investigate issues and verify data quality.
- Recommend improvements that support simpler, more sustainable, and cost-effective operational processes.
- Build strong partnerships with commercial, client, and operational stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong client orientation with an interest in understanding operational end-to-end processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into operational and technical solutions.
- Good understanding of FMCG industry dynamics.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
