Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering member-centric communications that strengthen the value proposition across the region for Accor Plus’s ALL Accor+ Explorer members. This role drives engagement and retention by curating and creating compelling, market-relevant content; and ensuring seamless communication across digital channels.

Success in this position requires a commercial mindset, strong communication and negotiating skills, and the ability to balance creativity with strong data-led decision-making. The role works closely with senior leaders within the Accor community including the leadership team, hotel partners and other partners to deliver highly effective communication and offer strategy..

In this role, you should be a thought leader with the ability to influence through case studies, webinars and in person. Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. 

This role is responsible for directly managing a Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver hotels marketing consultancy from offer structure, creative management and post-campaign reporting, producing insights and decks that support ongoing engagement and opportunities

    • Facilitate the marketing and communication of exclusive member events and experiences to the Pacific members.

    • Manage the review, optimisation and presentation of weekly hotel offers, liaising with hotels and influence channel strategy.

    • Oversee the campaign performance through structured planning, reporting and cross-functional coordination, providing insights to optimise future activity.

  • Own the partnerships marketing relationship and activities to deliver our joint agreed KPIs, contractual agreements and enhance value for both parties. 

  • Prepare sell-in case studies, connecting the dots between marketing, digital assets and hotel performance, delivered via pitch packs and webinars or in person.

  • Execute new market launches, including hotel participating training and member communications across all channels, ensuring high-quality content and full compliance with brand and commercial terms. 

  • Leadership and coaching of marketing managers both direct and indirect reports, build a sense of collaboration and optimisation across regions and other departments.

  • Collaborate with Accor and Accor Plus colleagues to create and execute a rich and dynamic 360 marketing and communications plan to achieve key business objectives, including but not limited to member engagement, activation and retention.

  • Represent Accor Plus in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion in order to foster good working relationships with all of our customers, internal and external in line with Accor Plus values.

Qualifications

 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in business, marketing or related field

  • Proven experience in partnership marketing

  • Proven experience with MS (or Google Suite) such as Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders is essential. 

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Notion are valued

  • Keen interest in experimenting with AI tools for productivity and innovation.
