We are Grab Rentals ID. We provide fleet supply to Grab, serving the non bank-able partner to work as Grab's driver-partner. In the Fleet team, we identify opportunities to maintain the competitive cost to serve through maintenance strategy, strategic partnership and excellence process in vehicle operating process. We are serving 11 cities and in Jabodetabek we have 5 different pool locations.
Get to Know the Role
As our Quality Operation & Analytics Associate, you will be the bridge between our nationwide pools and our strategic goals. Your mission is File Filing & Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate records and also inputting and matching physical documents with system data (accurate filing). Based in our BSD Office, yManage safe inventory of documents & spare keys of fleets in daily basis
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage safe inventory of documents & spare keys of fleets in daily basis
- Track aging of documents borrowed and ensure every transaction of documents are securely done, clearly tracked.
- File Filing & Management: Organizing and maintaining accurate records and also inputting and matching physical documents with system data (accurate filing).
- Audit support : allowing & facilitating inspection or stock opname by authorized personnel.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any Major
- At least 2 years of working in the automotive industry i.e Fleet Management / Car Rental / Ride Hailing / automotive
- Willing to work in BSD Pool
