Talent Sourcing Lead for an e-Commerce Company (EU-based/Remote)

Our client is a fast-scaling e-commerce and performance marketing company that has grown to a €20M run rate in approximately 6 months, with ambitions toward €200k/day.

To support this rapid growth, our client is looking for a highly driven Senior Sourcer with a strong sourcing mindset to help build a world-class team across German and international markets.

What You'll Do

• Source high-quality candidates across German and international markets
• Run outreach and engage passive talent
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of A-players across core functions
• Support hiring for already-defined open roles
• Conduct initial mechanical screening and candidate organization
• Keep talent pipelines warm and hiring-ready at all times

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Strong sourcing or recruiting background
• Hunter mentality with strong sales DNA, recruiting is sales
• Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
• Comfortable reaching out directly to top talent
• Able to move fast while maintaining quality
