We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance to join Destination Group in Bangkok. This is a pivotal executive role where you will lead financial strategy, ensure robust governance, and partner with senior leadership to drive business performance and sustainable growth.
The Role
As Director of Finance, you will act as a key business partner to the executive team, overseeing all financial aspects of the organization while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance management across the group
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Drive financial reporting accuracy and transparency
- Identify risks and opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
- Partner with operational leaders to support commercial and growth initiatives
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Director of Finance, Head of Finance, or similar senior role
- Strong expertise in financial controls, reporting, and business partnering
- Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
- Experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia is a strong advantage
- Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership capability
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
