ABOUT THE ROLE:
Business Support Manager is a senior-level professional who oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of business management activities to ensure the smooth operation of an organization's business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll manage budgets and financial resources efficiently, ensuring proper cost control and optimal allocation of expenses.
- You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering clear communication, regular updates, and effective issue resolution.
- You’ll drive process improvements and lead change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimize operational disruption.
- You’ll develop and execute business plans, strategies, and goals aligned with organizational objectives, collaborating with Finance, HR, and Operations teams.
- You’ll ensure quality and compliance by conducting audits, identifying improvement areas, and proactively managing risks to safeguard the organization.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Operations Management) with 5–7 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Operations Manager.
- You demonstrate proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to guide teams effectively.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in business operations and process improvement methodologies.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized, with relevant industry experience that supports operational excellence.
