Responsibilities – Medical Records Paralegal:

Extensive use of RingCentral and Casee case management system Identify pending medical records and billing requests based on Casee due dates Properly identify medical facilities/departments for contact Locate, review, and interpret previously submitted records and billing requests Communicate with medical providers via phone or written correspondence Enter data documenting communications with providers Set appropriate follow-up dates for pending requests Notify the assigned paralegal of any issues requiring attention

Skills:

At least one year of relevant legal experience preferred Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software Strong decision-making aligned with company guidelines Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service
