Maintenance Coordinator (TPM)

Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The main responsibilities for this position are:

• Improve maintenance plans thru work planning and control, using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM, and WPC.
• Deployment and Management of the system standards established by the company.
• Assist to Value Stream management in development of planned programs, ensures the compliance and execution of standards as well as ensures controls plant wide.
• Provide strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards.
• Active participation in meetings with lead plants
• Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS-engineers (QTD and OMM)
• May serve as a coach / mentor to others.

Qualifications

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic)​.
• Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability​
• Advanced Asset Management & Reliability Engineering​ (OMM – ACPD –WPC)
• Strong Data Analytics & Statistical Control​
• Projects & Procurement knowledge​ (Project management)
• Lean methodologies​
• Digital proficiency (MS Office & data tool)
• strong knowledge of indicators & calculation methods (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Tech Av.)
• knowledge asset management.
• Knowledge of failure analysis (RCA, FMEA, criticality analysis, PSS).
• Knowledge of predictive analytics tools and condition-based maintenance.
