Job Description
- Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos comerciais diversos;
- Prestar assessoria jurídica em questões corporativas, apoiando diferentes áreas da empresa nas operações cotidianas;
- Atuar no contencioso cível, gerenciando litígios e riscos associados;
- Identificar e mitigar riscos legais, propondo soluções eficazes para a proteção dos interesses da empresa;
- Trabalhar com equipes multidisciplinares, garantindo a conformidade legal das operações.
Qualifications
- Formação superior completa em Direito e OAB ativa;
- Inglês fluente;
- Sólida experiência na elaboração e negociação de contratos comerciais diversos;
- Experiência no agronegócio é um diferencial.
Additional Information
- Disponibilidade para atuar no modelo híbrido (4x1) em São Paulo-SP.
