Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Technician to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Support daily data center operations on-site
- Troubleshoot hardware issues with servers and network equipment
- Install, replace, and check physical equipment when needed
- Work with Linux systems and perform basic diagnostics
- Support basic networking tasks and troubleshooting
- Work with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
- Use Python or Bash scripts for simple automation or checks when needed
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Document issues and perform actions
Requirements
- Experience in data center support, IT support, NOC, or similar role
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and assembly
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
- Basic Python or Bash scripting skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hrazdan, Armenia
- Readiness to work with physical equipment and participate in on-call rotation
