Requirements

• Your Danish is top-tier: You have a flawless command of the Danish language, strictly at a C1 level or higher.
• Your English is fluent: You will use English for your training, internal systems, and global team communication.
• You have some experience: You have customer service experience under your belt and feel comfortable handling diverse customer scenarios.
• You love technology: You have an affinity for tech, can multitask efficiently, and easily navigate multiple browser tabs and virtual systems.
