Marketing Specialist
Reporting to the North America Marketing Leader, the Marketing Specialist will focus
on working with the marketing team to organize and execute multi-channel and
comprehensive marketing plans, by industry. The role will then measure and report
the impact of tactics. The role will also work closely with Communications,
Commercial teams, and Industry Leaders.
Key responsibilities
● Plan, coordinate, and execute event logistics and communications for
seminars and trade shows, including venue coordination, attendee
communications, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
● Arrange, facilitate, and manage webinars end-to-end — including
scheduling, platform setup, presenter coordination, live facilitation, recording,
metrics tracking, and follow-up communications to attendees
● Create social media posts, short-form videos, and trade show display
materials to support campaigns and events as needed
● Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is required
● Advertising - manage requirements and submissions to media partners
● Utilize the internal processes for marketing plan components, including
branding reviews
● Track expenses of marketing plans
● Understand and track metrics of marketing tactics and measure success
● Understand priorities of the business and focused areas of growth and ensure
work aligns with priorities

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $60-70k USD annually.

Qualifications

Core Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Marketing,
Communications, Business or related field
● Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines and operate under pressure
Other Useful Skills and Abilities
● Experience in a Business to Business marketing role
● Passion for learning
● Interest in growing knowledge and skill in marketing, social media, and digital
content creation
● Self-starter, high level of initiative, collaborative and proven proactive thinker
● Proven project and time management skills to plan and prioritize multiple
activities
