Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Systems Integration
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite, ADP, Smartsheet, and other business platforms.
• Develop REST API, webhook, and middleware-based integrations.
• Build automated data synchronization processes.
• Eliminate duplicate data entry and manual reporting activities.
Workflow Automation
• Automate business processes across Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management, and Executive Reporting.
• Develop scalable workflow solutions that improve efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
• Evaluate current processes and identify automation opportunities.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Build executive dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
• Develop automated operational and financial reporting solutions.
• Improve visibility into company performance, project execution, and resource utilization.
Data & Process Improvement
• Improve data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.
• Develop scalable solutions that support company growth.
• Recommend best practices and future-state architecture for enterprise systems.
Qualifications
• ADP Workforce Now integration experience.
• Smartsheet API experience.
• Python development experience.
• Azure or AWS experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based organizations.
• Experience in construction, engineering, telecommunications, utilities, or project-based businesses.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership.
Important Requirement
NetSuite integration experience is mandatory. Applications without direct NetSuite integration experience will not be considered.
