Job Description

Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Cornea, Glaucoma, Comprehensive, or Anterior Segment Surgery Specialist to join our growing team in Naperville, IL, Geneva, IL, and Winfield, IL located in Chicago’s western suburbs

  • This position offers the opportunity to develop a busy clinical and surgical practice within an established and growing regional ophthalmology program
  • Practice includes: 2 Vitreo-retinal Surgeons, 2 Cataract Surgeon/Glaucoma Specialists, Oculoplastics Ophthalmologist, 3 General Ophthalmologists and 2 Optometrists
  • Opportunity to build a high-volume clinical and surgical practice supported by an established referral network and experienced administrative infrastructure
  • Hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital
  • Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine offering a competitive base salary in addition to a work RVU-based compensation model, providing substantial opportunity for compensation growth based on clinical productivity 
  • Successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success, and compassionate care within a physician driven team
  • EPIC electronic health record system wide
