Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or relatable field of study is preferred but not required.
- At least 1-year full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities but not required
- Monitor to make sure all Providers are meeting their COC
- Ensure quality of services in alignment with person centered practices, licensing and Dungarvin expectations.
- Demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible and flexible.
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid vehicle insurance
