Job Description

The Property Procurement Manager is responsible for delivering value-driven procurement strategies across Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance. The role ensures best-in-class commercial practice, performance management of contractors, and strong supplier relationships that support operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability goals. 

Acting as a trusted commercial partner, the Property Procurement Manager shapes category strategies, oversees competitive sourcing activity, and ensures that all procurement decisions deliver whole-life value, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

As Property Procurement Manager, you will…

  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Drive innovation, achieve contractual compliance, reduce costs, and support sustainability objectives.
  • Manage tendering initiatives, contractor performance, and contribute high-quality, innovative solutions to the overall Property agenda.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure refurbishment projects and maintenance align with operational needs.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

What you’ll bring… 

  • Experience leading procurement across property, construction, FM, or multi-site environments. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing tenders, supplier selection, and contract negotiations. 
  • Skilled in supplier performance management, relationship building, and influencing stakeholders. 
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance, sustainability principles, and environmental considerations.. 
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills, including cost modelling and data interpretation. 
  • Proficient in procurement systems and Excel; professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS or working towards) strongly preferred.
