What you will do
Develop a deep understanding of the recruitment needs of each team (tech, product, marketing, ops...) and the key skills sought.
Identify, source, and qualify the best candidate profiles to integrate into our talent pools, leveraging our database of hundreds of thousands of candidates.
Build and execute innovative and impactful activation campaigns (segmentation, content, sequencing, impact measurement).
Continuously analyze the quality of the talent pipeline using reports and dashboards, in close coordination with the Talent Analytics team.
Work hand in hand with recruiters and operational communities to streamline recruitment processes.
Propose, test, and industrialize new ideas and new mechanisms to continuously improve our talent pooling strategy.
Contribute to the routines of the Talent Acquisition team, own some ad-hoc projects which could arise.
