Our world-class award-winning creative campaigns deliver solutions for clients including Sainsbury’s, Lloyds Banking Group, Madri, Unilever and Mondelēz International.

The Role

Ready to be the driving force behind global creative campaigns? As a Project Manager at Ogilvy, you are the operational engine that turns brilliant ideas into flawlessly executed work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive project coordinator to step up and take ownership of complex, multi-market projects.

You'll be the central hub, connecting our cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the work we're famous for is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. If you thrive on collaboration and are guided by doing the right thing, doing the best work of your life, and doing it together, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the timeline: Develop, manage, and communicate clear project plans for multi-market campaigns, ensuring every milestone is met from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Be the central hub: Act as the main point of contact for our local market teams, expertly managing their requests, coordinating asset localisation, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Master the workflow: Manage the flow of creative assets, ensuring everything is tracked, routed for review, and delivered to spec. You'll champion our agency processes and ensure quality at every stage.
  • Facilitate feedback: Organise internal and client reviews, consolidating feedback into clear, actionable tasks for our creative, design, and PR teams to ensure continuous alignment.
  • Embrace new tools: Proactively use AI and project management tools (like Asana, Teams, etc.) to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and keep communication flowing.

Key Skills

  • In-depth Project Management: A strong grasp of project setup, budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Crystal-Clear Communication: The ability to lead team meetings, manage client reviews, and communicate complex information with clarity and confidence.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A passion for precision, from proofing copy to tracking assets and maintaining documentation.
  • A Problem-Solving Mindset: You're solution-focused, adaptable under pressure, and can navigate change with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Tool-Savvy: Proficient with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and keen to leverage AI tools for greater efficiency.

About You

  • You have proven experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager within a fast-paced creative, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
  • You have a track record of successfully coordinating projects across different markets or regions.
  • You're experienced in managing the delivery of creative campaigns (experience with PR campaigns is a big plus!).
  • You thrive on organisation, collaboration, and seeing a project through from start to finish.
  • You are looking for the perfect role to grow your project management career, taking on more responsibility within a supportive, world-class team.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid Working: We embrace a hybrid model that blends collaborative in-office time with the flexibility to work remotely.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days holiday, a paid volunteering day, plus the option to buy up to 5 additional days.
  • Pension: A generous matched scheme. Contribute 4% (Ogilvy pays 6%) up to a maximum contribution of 7% (Ogilvy pays 10.5%—totalling a powerful 17.5%).
  • Healthcare & Wellbeing: BUPA Private Medical Insurance, plus discounted BUPA dental cover or financial contribution towards your physical and mental wellness.
  • Employee Assistance: 24/7 access to remote GPs, mental health support, physio, nutrition consultations, and confidential counselling for you and your family.
  • Free 1-to-1 Coaching: Professional and personal growth coaching sessions annually.
  • Life Assurance & Income Protection: Financial peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
