Support the development and execution of the hotel's marketing and communication strategies in line with brand standards.
Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external agencies.
Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special events.
Work closely with the F&B and Wellness teams to promote seasonal offers, events, and experiences.
Create, schedule, and manage content for the hotel's social media platforms in accordance with brand guidelines.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and guest touchpoints.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Support photo shoots, content creation projects, and influencer collaborations.
Maintain marketing databases, media lists, and campaign records.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
Knowledge of graphic design tools and content editing software is a plus.
