Accounts Payable and Indirect Tax Professional

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team in Kfar Saba, Israel. In this role, you will support day-to-day accounts payable activities, ensure accurate processing of invoices,

and assist in maintaining compliance with relevant tax requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Process, review, and verify vendor invoices and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment, and account-related issues.
• Record and monitor financial transactions using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable
• Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
• Experience with ERP systems – preferred but not required
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong English skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with invoice processing systems
• Familiarity with multi-currency transactions (advantage)
• Basic experience supporting audits or reporting
