Job Description
Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
Assess players skill and provide constructive feedback.
Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
Assist with the development of junior players.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications.
Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skills.
Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
