Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that the company's customers are billed accurately and in accordance with established guidelines. The Senior Billing Analyst will also work closely with other B2C analysts and specialists to manage customer receipts, disputes, and escalations to local operational and finance teams.

Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee the billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliation, and review of billing data.
- Review and manage large datasets to ensure customer billing accuracy.
- Establish and/or maintain contracts, billing rules, and transactions.
- Investigate and resolve complex billing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices.
- Assist in the training and development of other Billing Analysts.
- Monitor accounts receivable and related transactions.
- Oversee the company’s revenue intake processes.
- Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare analytical reports and present findings to supervisors.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly audits and data clean-up activities.
- Identify and resolve errors within billing operations.
- Work closely with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team on any other customer-related matters
Qualifications
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Advanced Excel.
Languages:
- English proficiency at B2 level.

Working Conditions
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Work Modality: One day from home and four days on site
- Salary: Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications.
- Employment Type: Direct hire with GBS under an indefinite-term contract.
