Role Purpose

As the Project Manager for Marketing and Creative, you’ll be the heartbeat of the creative function, working closely with Design, Creative Visual Merchandising and the wider Marketing team, to turn ideas into impactful campaigns and creative initiatives. By keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and priorities clear, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life.

Role Responsibilities

Resource planning and allocation

  • Work with Heads of across all marketing and creative functions to assist in assigning projects based on workload, availability and skill set.
  • Lead resource and project meetings to review upcoming projects and update on progress of live projects.

Workflow and end-to end project management

  • Ensure all briefs provided in a complete and timely manner.
  • Proactively monitor workload and manage bottlenecks.
  • Liaise with project owners to communicate progress, and any issues or delays.
  • Reprioritising work as priorities change and communicating updates to relevant parties.
  • Identifying and escalate resource issues or project risk.

Freelance management support

  • Support Heads of across all marketing and creative functions as they develop and maintain a pool of trusted freelance talent to support their teams.
  • Onboard and off board new freelancers.

Collaborations with Internal Teams

  • Partner closely with Marketing, VM, Innovation and Sales teams, along with wider business, to ensure project requirements are met and planned in.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Brand and Copywriting to ensure smooth handover of creative assets.
  • Partner with teams globally.

Operations and Processes

  • Partner with Operations to develop and implement best practice ways of working to drive efficient project delivery and exceptional creative standards.
  • Work with Operations to embed Monday.com and other relevant tools
  • Create workflows to support creative teams to improve project management and sign off efficiency.
  • Driving education of the creative process and an agenda of creative excellence across the business.
  • Be a guardian for the Brand and push for creativity.

Role Requirements

  • Experience working in a Project Management/Delivery role, ideally within a creative/marketing led function or agency.
  • Experience implementing new ways of working and creating processes
  • Experience with Project Management tools and advocating for these across the business - Monday.com would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience managing end to end creative workflows from brief through to delivery
  • Experience resource planning and workload management for creative teams.
