Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage brand positioning and maintain a consistent corporate identity
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing channels
Generate qualified leads and support sales team targets
Oversee content creation including social media posts, videos, designs, and case studies
Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decisions
Manage and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, POS, or technology companies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience in branding, campaign management, and lead generation
Good understanding of social media management and paid advertising strategies
Analytical mindset with strong performance tracking and reporting skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems
Experience in B2B marketing and customer acquisition is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Creative thinking with attention to market trends and customer behavior
Ability to meet deadlines and handle fast-paced work environments
