Some of your main responsibilities in this role include;

Provide our retail customer base with a service which exceeds expectation
Actively listen, communicate and understand our customer needs by building effective and sustainable relationships
Effectively navigate the systems to quickly and efficiently answer customer enquiries
Always review and break down all Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests
Take ownership of personal development to work toward improvement
Ensure customer records are accurate and reflect current status and remain confidential when handling customer contacts.
Adopt and follow rules and conditions relating to compliance relevant to our business. E.G Self-exclusion/Reinstatements and Breach

We operate on a shift basis to cover the shop opening hours:

Monday to Saturday 8:30am to 21:30pm
Sunday 9:30am to 21:30pm. We will require all applicants to cover these shifts.
