We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our call center operations by driving recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational growth.

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions related to our call center operations. This individual will play a key role in recruiting top talent, supporting employee development, improving retention, ensuring compliance, and partnering with leadership to build a productive and positive work environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and experienced in managing HR processes within a fast-paced call center or customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for call center positions.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
• Develop and implement retention and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Coordinate payroll-related HR documentation and employee changes.
• Partner with management to develop staffing plans and workforce strategies.
• Track recruiting, turnover, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Support leadership with organizational development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Previous experience supporting call center, customer service, sales, or high-volume operations preferred.
• Strong recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience handling confidential employee information.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing HR functions within a call center environment.
• Experience building recruitment pipelines and high-volume hiring processes.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Experience with employee coaching and performance improvement programs.
