We are looking for a Senior Producer to manage the day-to-day production of digital projects for a leading creative tech brand. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from coordination to delivery, while ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. You will report to an EP, and independently drive a work stream with medium to large sized projects. This role requires long term planning, tactical execution, organization, process definition, relationship-building and attention to detail to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
This role requires you to be on-site in the Austin office up to 5x per week, depending on the project. There is some flex at other times during the year for hybrid work.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing large digital projects, ideally in a creative agency or in-house marketing department
- Hands-on experience managing production workflows, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage day-to-day project needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to liaise between internal teams and clients
- Experience managing digital product projects, such as the development of marketing tools, websites and/or apps
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A keen interest in AI and automation
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily project operations, including scheduling, resource coordination, ticket generation/delegation/tracking and team task assignments to ensure timely execution
- Own multiple .com, digital/social advertising and digital product development tracks of work independently, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding client expectations
- Manage client communications, providing updates and ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations
- Track project progress, ensuring that tasks stay on schedule and adjusting plans as necessary to address delays or issues
- Run quality control, ensuring all work is reviewed and meets both creative and technical standards before moving to the next phase of production
- Develop and execute process, while maintaining process documentation, training other team members and pivoting as needed
- Mentor other Producers with guidance and ensure alignment across all tasks
The target range of base compensation for this role is $110k-$150k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
