We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry.
š Location: Masr El Gedida, Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions.
ā¢ Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
ā¢ Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs.
ā¢ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
ā¢ Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- 1ā2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles.
- Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
