Job Description
Join our team to shape creative content and visuals across internal channels while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. You will contribute to campaigns, events, and communication initiatives and make an impact from day one.
- You will be the creative mind behind visuals for internal campaigns, merchandise, events, and social media channels (especially LinkedIn), including designing everything from digital assets to print-ready files for giveaways and flyers.
- As part of merchandise management, you will take ownership of the internal merchandise shop, from helping with the organization and ordering process to supporting distribution.
- In the area of writing and communication, you will research, write, and produce content for internal communication platforms such as the employee newsletter and blog, including conducting interviews and transforming ideas into compelling stories.
- When supporting and collaborating within the team, you will act as a key team player by assisting with creative projects and supporting the organization of internal and external events.
- To manage and maintain internal platforms effectively, you will keep internal community platforms vibrant and up-to-date, onboard new employees to the network, and ensure all presentations are polished to perfection according to brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design, or a comparable creative field
- Experience and Knowledge:
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- confident use of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- strong PowerPoint skills
- prior experience or strong willingness to master these tools, as daily working tools
- Personality and Working Practice: you have a special talent for turning a simple brief into something extraordinary, are not afraid to add your own creative spark, thrive in a dynamic environment, keep a cool head under tight deadlines, adapt flexibly to new challenges, and are organized and proactive, confidently managing your own time and workload
- Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
- Languages: fluent in English und good in German
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 15 h/week
