What You'll Do
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments and community outings
• Perform light housekeeping and household support
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life
Ideal Candidates Have
• Caregiving experience with seniors, dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, or mobility challenges
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
- Active California Home Care Aide registration required.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray documentation necessary.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
