Introduction
We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support and enhance the 5-Series platform, ensuring it remains stable, secure, and compliant while driving continuous improvement. This role combines application support, data integrity management, and reporting, acting as a key interface between business users, technology teams, and data functions.
What you’ll do
- You’ll lead platform upgrades by managing technical delivery, test environments, UAT coordination, and deployment documentation for the 5-Series system.
- You’ll ensure governance and compliance by conducting access reviews, maintaining audit readiness, and adhering to regulatory and data standards.
- You’ll design and enhance workflows while maintaining data integrity, including anomaly detection, accurate datasets, and efficient system usage.
- You’ll deliver reporting and regulatory support by producing data extracts, managing reports, and handling Beneficial Ownership API activities.
- You’ll provide end-user support and stakeholder coordination by resolving system issues, managing support queues within SLAs, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications
About you
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years supporting enterprise or trust/corporate administration systems.
- You have strong SQL and reporting experience, with hands-on exposure to tools like Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.
- You have solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of application support and data management.
- You are detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- You are collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across global teams and support a fast-paced environment.
